Prices

From mid-June until the first week of September, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required, except in exceptional cases and subject to availability.

Prices include VAT and are per room per night, breakfast included. A city tax of €1.00 per person per day must be added (children up to 3 years old are exempt).

At the time of booking, a confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required (to be paid within 48 hours of availability confirmation) via bank transfer. The balance is payable at check-in.

In the event of cancellation and/or withdrawal from the stay within seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained as a penalty.

EARLY DEPARTURE / INTERRUPTION OF STAY: No refund is due to guests who decide to interrupt their stay. In the event of early departure, payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay is required.

Check-in from 11:30 a.m./12:00 p.m.; for afternoon arrivals, please arrange the time in advance and always communicate your arrival time beforehand.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. (strict).

Pets are allowed if well-behaved and calm and must not be left to roam freely. Owners must bring everything necessary for their pets to sleep and to collect waste, which must NOT be left in the property’s garden. Pets may not be left alone in the room during the day, out of respect for the staff responsible for daily room cleaning.
